Fluid Pumping Services
FluidPRO utilizes two types of fluid pumping trucks. “We offer a wide range of fluid-pumping capabilities,” explained Chad McFarland, FluidPRO owner and president. “We can handle slow or high-pressure pumping, and we’ve customized these units to the customers’ needs, further eliminating costs to our customers.”
Fluid pumping – 5k to 15k
Equipment specs
- Hose reel set up for holding back pressure while pumping down tubing, or small pumping jobs at 5k
- 120 feet of 2-inch 1502 line pipe on unit
- Can haul 5m3 of fluid to location with TDG spec tank
- Data recording system with charts and second-by-second data provided on data stick to customer

- Capable of hauling chemical totes to location for coil support
Pumping specifications
- Pumping rates from 1200l/min to as slow as 30l/min
- Pumping pressure from 0 to 104mpa
- Mixing gel plugs on the fly

- Units daisy chained together can create a twin with rates as high as 1500l/min
- Pump 1000l/min at 40mpa
Twin fluid pumper – 15K 2000HP Twin
Equipment specs
- Two 800 HP Cat engines with quint 15K 3″ fluid ends
- 400 HP auxiliary hydraulic engine
- Cat 6 speed transmissions with 2 speed auxiliary gear reduction
- 200 ft. of 2-inch 1502 line pipe on unit
- 120 ft. of 4-inch petroleum suction hoses with stainless steel cam locks
- Data recording system with ability to build charts and second-by-second data which can be loaded onto a data stick for the customer
- Ability to suck back on own iron with a gear pump, eliminating the need for a vac truck
- Built-in chemical pumps
- 2-750L heated chemical storage totes built onto unit
- Built-in electronic overpressure switches
- Manual PRV on fluid ends for backup.

- 15K 7 Million BTU Hot Oiler
- Pumping rates from 0 to 800L/min affected by pressure
- Can heat a 400bbl from 0c to 30c in 60 minutes
- Can heat and pump as slow as 300L/min to as fast as 800L/min
- Can be run in series or parallel coil setup for faster/slower circulation of fluid
- Can circulate fluid through burner at 1200L/min and get a 30c temperature spread on the fluid from intake to discharge
- Full data aquisition system with charts and second by second data
- Can hold 6m3 of fluid in tanks for infield work

- Comes with 100ft of 15K mongoose hose on a reel for easy rig in and rig out

- Can pump pure methanol
- Can pump HCl acid or Synthetic blend acid
