Job purpose

The purpose of the Fluid Pumping Operator position is to perform and maintain job requirements for specific contracts.

Duties and responsibilities

• Primary duties and responsibilities of the Job Supervisor are as follows:
• Deliver, operate, organize and maintain pumping equipment.
• Organize job requirements and and follow up on any requests made by Customer
• Communicate with Supervisor and relay information to Dispatch as necessary
• Work Site training and auditing.
• Meeting with customers and ensuring satisfaction of work.
• Mentoring new operators as required
• Ensuring employees are operating in a professional manner and following S.O.P’s
• Ensuring field issues are rectified and customers and operators satisfied.
• Hazard ID’s and all safety documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications for the Supervisor role are as follows:

• Three (3) Years Class 1 Driving Experience
• Previous Coil Tubing and/or Cementing Experience an asset
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Working conditions

Working conditions will vary and include, but not limited to;
Working remotely from customer locations, evening and weekend work, working outdoors, working in adverse weather conditions, and working with challenging clients.
