Since 2004, Chad has gained extensive experience in the trucking and well servicing industry. He has applied the key principles learned from past experiences to fostering and developing FluidPRO since its inception in 2012.

As President & Chief Executive Officer at FluidPRO Oilfield Services Ltd., Chad is committed to leveraging his industry expertise and proven leadership capabilities to drive sustainable growth, foster innovation, and solidify FluidPRO’s position as a market leader.

Andrew is the Chief Financial Officer at FluidPRO, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership and expertise to the role. Andrew holds two CPA designations, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and commitment to financial excellence. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in finance and strategic management.

Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully managed complex financial operations, driving growth and ensuring fiscal stability for a variety of organizations. His strategic approach to financial planning, combined with his strong analytical skills, has consistently delivered outstanding results. At FluidPRO, Andrew oversees all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its long-term objectives.

Andrew’s leadership is marked by his dedication to innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. His expertise and forward-thinking mindset make him an invaluable asset to FluidPRO and we look forwarding to advancing our growth with him!

Justin is a proven Operations Manager with a distinguished record of optimizing fluid pumping operations in the oilfield services sector since 2006. In 2014, he brought his widespread knowledge to FluidPRO, and a new division was born. Justin’s previous experiences as an open hole wireline operator and a cement supervisor provided him with his solid understanding of well operations and really set the stage for the development of the pumping division at FluidPRO. The division began with just one pumper and three staff, and under Justin’s management has grown to over 10 units and 25 staff; and continues to grow daily.

Justin is adept at orchestrating seamless workflow processes, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Known for his strategic foresight, he excels in identifying operational efficiencies, implementing innovative solutions, and driving consistent performance improvements. Justin’s goal is to continue to provide quality service and equipment. He believes that having pride in what we do as a company is a benchmark to success, and this philosophy has been essential in FluidPRO’s accomplishments.

Since 2016, Rob has been a results-oriented Operations Manager with a solid track record of driving efficiency and productivity in tank and vac truck operations within the oilfield services sector. With over 15 years in the trucking industry, Rob is known for adeptly managing diverse teams, implementing streamlined processes, and orchestrating efficiency in Tank and Vac Truck Operations. With a keen eye for operational optimization and a commitment to achieving peak performance, He is poised to lead teams toward peak performance and FluidPRO Oilfield Services to new levels of operational excellence in the tank and vac division, ensuring FluidPRO remains a trusted leader in the oilfield services industry.

Corey is a dedicated and results-driven Base Manager with extensive experience in overseeing trucking operations within the oilfield services industry. Corey came to FluidPRO in 2016, where he began dispatching shortly after. Since 2019, with his hands-on approach, Corey has lead the day-to-day operations of the Whitecourt base, managing a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff. He also oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the trucking fleet, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and achieving optimal fleet uptime. With a 20 year background in the oilfield services industry, Corey is a master maintaining robust safety protocols, optimizing workflows, and achieving operational excellence. As Base Manager for FluidPRO Oilfield Services, He is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Eric is a Project Manager with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within the tank, vac & acid divisions at FluidPRO. With his attention to detail, Eric is skilled at coordinating multi-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Having previous industry experience as an owner operator, Eric is a big-picture thinker, successfully able to develop and maintain detailed project plans and create resource allocation strategies; which in turn enable efficient project execution and minimize unforeseen obstacles.

As a Project Manager for FluidPRO Oilfield Services Ltd, he is committed to delivering high-impact projects that drive value and operational excellence. He thrives on closely collaborating with clients to identify project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Dustin is a seasoned Heavy Duty Mechanic with two decades of hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of heavy-duty machinery and vehicles. With a career dedicated to excellence in the field,  Dustin has built a reputation for reliability, expertise, and a commitment to safety within his team at FluidPRO. Dustin also believes in continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in heavy-duty mechanics. Known for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills, he is dedicated to ensuring every piece of equipment operates at peak performance.

When Dustin isn’t in the shop, you will find him outdoors; camping and dirt biking with his family.

Bruce is a highly skilled and experienced Vac Truck Manager, bringing years of expertise in the operation, management, and maintenance of vacuum trucks and related equipment. Known for exceptional leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency, Bruce ensures that all vac truck operations run smoothly and effectively. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, Bruce consistently ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Jonathan serves as the Assistant Operations Manager, leveraging his years of experience in operations management and a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and team performance. Known for strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient operations; Jonathan believes in a hands-on approach to operations management, consistently striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Janel is a seasoned Controller with a proven track record in financial management. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Janel brings a comprehensive skill set and strategic mindset to optimize fiscal operations at FluidPRO. Her expertise lies in overseeing the entire spectrum of accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. Leveraging a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to driving fiscal responsibility, Janel thrives in FluidPRO’s dynamic environment, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results that align with organizational goals. Outside of the office, you can find Janel in the great outdoors, spending quality time with her husband and pre-teen daughters.

Wendy’s involvement with FluidPRO began in 2012 through a third party, and she eventually joined the team full time in 2015. Wendy has a specialized background in payroll and human resources, holding professional designations as both a Payroll Compliance Practitioner and Registered Professional Recruiter. Wendy currently serves as the Chief of Staff, leveraging her years of experience in strategic leadership and executive support to drive organizational efficiency and foster a cohesive work environment. With a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and facilitating communication between executives and staff, Wendy ensures that the organization operates smoothly and effectively. Known for exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence, Wendy plays a pivotal role in aligning the organization’s goals with its operational strategies, enabling sustained growth and success. Wendy’s drive and passion for the business, combined with her can-do attitude, has made her instrumental in the continued growth and success of FluidPRO.

As a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Coordinator, Becca brings a wealth of experience and expertise in ensuring organizational adherence to industry regulations and standards. Holding a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Alberta; her comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, environmental compliance, and risk management allows FluidPRO to develop and implement robust HSE programs. As an accredited auditor, Becca has a meticulous approach to audits, inspections, and incident investigations; proving her committment to fostering a culture of safety within the workplace. With proactive strategies, Becca not only mitigates potential hazards but also contributes to continuous improvement in HSE performance. She is a true asset to FluidPRO’s HSE team and the organization.
